SHIPPING POLICY
At DAILE, we partner with Printful to provide seamless print-on-demand services. All orders are processed within 2–7 business days for product creation. Once processed, shipping typically 5–10 business days to d Europe. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include production time.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to check with your local customs office for specific details.
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at daile.sointu@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. For damaged items, include photos of the product and packaging. We're here to help resolve any issues and ensure a great experience!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at daile.sointu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, even if the item is not defective. This "cooling-off period" allows you to change your mind and return the product for a refund.
For any return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at daile.sointu@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
